An institution in Tripoli, Abdul Rahman Hallab is a very old sweet shop. Indeed, it’s open since the 19th century!

There, you will find some of the best sweets in Lebanon, but they also have a restaurant upstairs.

The restaurant is nice and charming, people from all ages come to eat there because it’s cheap, good and the 3 plats-du-jour always offer something for everyone. There are two choices of dishes with meat, chicken or fish, at around 12000LL and 9000LL, and a vegetarian choice at 7000LL. Salad, hummus, bread and dessert are included.

I’ve never been disappointed at Abdul Rahman Hallab, at such a low price, this is a must-try!
