Caffe Mondo is a casual Italian café and restaurant at Phoenicia Hotel. The restaurant is located at the ground floor and is very famous for its salad bar. The interior is simple and warm, Italian style. The terrace is wide and nice though lacking a good view.
The menu offers the traditional of the Italian cuisine: pasta, pizza, lasagna, risotto, meat and fish. The items in the menu are Ok while the salad bar is exquisite and rich.
Mondo’s service is professional and prices are acceptable given that the restaurant is part of Phoenicia.
So if you feel like a salad bar in a casual/classy setting, I recommend Caffe Mondo.
