Fiore, which means flower in Italian, is also the family name of the Chef and owner of this venue. Fiore features a Mediterranean cuisine mixing Italian, French, seafood and more. The restaurant is nicely decorated from the outside with flower pots. Once you enter, you feel a warm and welcoming atmosphere thanks to its high ceiling, old tiles and nice decoration. The lighting however is too dark.

The menu is varied and creative with starters, salads, pasta, risotto, meat and fish. The plates we ordered were good, well presented and generous. Prices are high but not too exaggerated. The service was excellent as the Italian waiter took the time to explain the menu and made sure everything was Ok all through the evening.

Our visit to Fiore was lovely, we felt that we left Beirut for a couple of hours.

Une cuisine parfumée et chantante comme l'accent de son chef et un RISOTTO de rêve...
