Some specialities: Tuna tartar with fresh mango and kiwi, wasabi leaves Duck foie gras with a Sauternes gelée and red-wined candied pear Grilled salmon mi-cuit in a house-teriyaki sauce, white-wined fusion salad Duck magret in a pineapple and ginger sauce, caramelized green apple.

Description
Kashmeer is a high-end restaurant & bar lounge situated at the tip of Gemmayzeh, beginning of Mar Mikhael, Beirut. Design and classy, it is based on a fusion concept applying as much to food & cocktails as to its exquisite selection of sounds, injected by the best DJs in town. The place is known for attracting the most famous musicians stepping in Beirut for their tours. The cuisine is refined, yet not pretentious and does not restrict to any label, marrying the savors of several cultures to create Kashmeer’s innovative and healthy menu. The restaurant section includes a sushi bar and is moreover a perfect space for customized corporate events. Restaurant opens 7/7, 7:30 to 12. ----- How it started Jade and Miles have always shared a passion for music and have very similar musical backgrounds. They were each part of a rock/alternative band for several years before Jade later became one of the best music references and DJs of the Lebanese scene. They’ve been looking forward to building something together for years and Kashmeer is their 1st common realization------ The Design was made by Sibylle Nasrallah, a designer who graduated from Alba and joined Bernard Khoury’s team for several years before becoming an independent designer
