Lalola is a cosy restaurant hidden in a side street in Ashrafieh. The restaurant serves two different types of cuisines: Italian and Japanese. Lalola has two floors decorated with bamboo and warm colors. The only detail that stands out of this zen and romantic setting is a big LCD TV that you wonder what is it doing here.
We ordered pizzas that were delicious. Three types of sauces were served with our pizzas. A glass bottle of water imported from Italy represented their classy touch. The place was not crowded and the service was very friendly.
I loved my visit to Lalola, we rarely find peaceful restaurants that are not expensive in Beirut.
