Mcharrabiya is a huge sophisticated restaurant aiming to have a higher standing than Zalka’s café restaurants. The restaurant has a nice interior hall and a terrace. It’s internally and externally decorated with ornamental carved wood encasing colored glass in accordance with the restaurant’s name. Violet and green are used in decoration and furniture and fit well with the msharrabiyas.
Mcharrabiya’s menu is 100% Lebanese offering a very wide variety of traditional and special mezze, grills and fish. The service is very Lebanese-like, so at moments you feel that it’s too much.
In addition to its regular activity, the restaurant hosts events (weddings, receptions…) and provides catering services. Prices are above average.
