Lovely restaurant with bamboo exterior design and nice atmosphere. The restaurant offers two menus: Monks menu for Thai cuisine and Tsunami menu for Japanese cuisine. The two cuisines are delicious and well presented.

The restaurant is only open in the evening and if you want to be sure to have a table, make a reservation in advance. Since the restaurant is always full, the service staff seems stressed and overwhelmed.

    Their sushi was very good. Their thai, on the other hand, needed some chef's experience I'd say... I'm a big fan of pad thai, it was a little dry, and a bigger fan of the coconut sauce, it tasted nothing like it! But again, it's an alright place if you are not that picky! :)

    Monk is a lovely restaurant.. I love it but when I first went there the pieces where bigger now they are getter smaller but still tastes good.
