Pasta Di Casa – Joumblat

Open since 1994, Pasta Di Casa is a small and cozy Italian restaurant near Hamra. They serve fresh pasta, risotto, steaks, crepes and sandwiches in addition to anti-pasti, salads and soups.

The interior design is simple with a traditional Italian tone, it’s really the warm and comfortable atmosphere of a family restaurant.

During our visit to Pasta Di Casa, we felt very welcome and pampered. The owner takes the time to help the customers to choose their dishes, then serves them as if they were 5 stars restaurant guests. The pasta was fresh and good, we loved the tomato bruscetta and the lemonade with the secret perfumed recipe.

Prices are very affordable and quantities are good.

If you’re looking for good food and simple but warm atmosphere, I definitely recommend the place. It’s a different experience from the often over sophisticated places we find in Beirut.
