As its slogan implies, Semsom is an innovator of the Lebanese cuisine. There, you can taste kebbe stuffed with labneh or tabboule, borma chicken, pink hommos and a lot of other innovations. Most of these new delicious plates make you wonder why your mother haven’t thought of it first. However, sometimes the taste goes a little bit to the extreme. So it’s for you to try and judge.
