Vapiano – Citymall

Vapiano is an International chain with an original concept: an Italian restaurant where you choose your ingredients and order directly from the open cuisine.

The waiter gives you a magnetic card with the menu, you can choose your meal between the variety of appetizers, salads, pizza and pasta. When your mind is set, you head to the bar where you can find three counters: one for appetizers and salads, one for pizza and one for pasta. You go to the counter of your order, you give the chef your magnetic card and you tell him what you want and how you want it. You can choose the ingredients of your choice for each plate and watch the chef prepare it. At the end, you don’t need a bill, you go to counter and pay through your magnetic card.

We have ordered a salad and a pasta, they were both delicious. The service is friendly and helpful. Prices are below Italian restaurants’ average.
