Huge hall, big glass front, high ceiling, International and Lebanese menu… Villa Verde gathers all the ingredients of the trend of International Lebanese café restaurants. The place is vibrant with green and red colors while seats are a bit too low. The bar is remarkably integrated in a small stone house with a roof brick hosting a set of comfy couches.
The menu offers the usual: starters, salads, sandwiches, burgers, pizza, pasta, mezze and grills in addition to a set of cocktails. We ordered a fatoush, fajitas and a vegetarian pizza. The portions were extremely generous; the vegetarian pizza was very delicious with melting vegetables, tasty sauce and a flavorful mix of cheese; and the rest was Ok.
We visited the restaurant too early in the evening, the service was friendly and caring. Prices fall within the average of restaurants of the kind.
If you are an Arguileh lover and like big café restaurants, I would recommend you to try Villa Verde.
