Seza – Mar Mikhael
Armenian Home-Made Cuisine
Details
Review
Seza is a house transformed to an Armenian restaurant by its owners. So it’s homemade food prepared and served by the family.
The restaurant is located in a side street in Mar Mikhael, it has a wide lobby and a terrace. The decoration is inspired by old traditional Lebanese houses, but I found it a bit too old and dusty.
The menu features the classic Armenian delicacies. We ordered a variety of starters and main courses. Some of the dishes did not match the description on the menu. The food was delicious without being outstanding and the presentation was Ok. Their dessert assortment was excellent. Prices are nearly the same as in the other Armenians in Ashrafieh.
Seza can be an alternative for Armenian cuisine if you’re tired of Mayass and Mayrig.
